QUICK UPDATE

Hi everyone :) :) :)

I hope your past week was  a good one. I was really lazy with getting my "It makes "cents" to me" post up for Friday. It just never got written and so I'm going to give myself a pass for this week.  My purchases were basically the same as last week, minus the breakfast sandwiches :) :)

Otherwise, I've been having a really good week.  I've been watching "Road to Avonlea" on Netflix DVD. It's a gorgeous tv series that was produced in Canada. I'm also working on some more knitting. So that has been really fun, too.

What about you? What are you doing today?

That's the news from the ocean shores of California today. Love and hugs, Heather :)

It's in the 80's today so I was out weeding and getting the garden ready for planting.

Heather,
Never heard of Avonlea - I'll have to check it out.

Love your vintage look napkin holder too - what a score!

We have had a gorgeous day here in Ky! The sun is shining and the birds are singing. The trees are blooming and flowers are breaking through the ground. I went to a church then to a baby shower and then a late lunch. Blessings!

Hi Heather!! We had the most AMAZING weather this past week!! In the 80's! Here, in MN, our average highs are in the 40's this time of year. So, needless to say, we have been spending tons of time outside soaking up the much needed sun!!

Arkansas weather has been "outdoor" weather for the past couple of weeks. Our gardens and yard are clear of leaves and winter twigs. The side yard is cleaned. The garage is straightened. Progress, Heather, progress. I LOVE spring! Have a wonderful week.

You remind me of Rebekah my middle girl! She is an English Lit major in college and loves her British literature! We have been going to Nick's track meets. It was a great day today! They won the 4 by 8 and he took 3rd in the 2 mile beating a a state champ by a second! It was amazing! Hugs Anne
