Wow, when I actually looked at my blog and noticed I hadn't written since April 21st...what??????? That's not good. Well, I am making crepes today. I only have a steel pan to work with. So wish me luck, everyone. I'll be taking photos and reporting back how they turned out. I know the first few always turn out weird-looking, but still taste great :) :)

I told you this on FB, but I'll say it again and add more information. Gabrielle made crepes for the first time about a month ago. They were fantastic!! She sliced some strawberries and made a cream cheese kind of filling for them. Talk about delish!!! I guess that was her version of IHOP's strawberry cheesecake pancakes.
